Robert J. Nemes

ASSOCIATE

Robert Nemes represents clients in a broad range of business and employment disputes, including breach of contract, workers’ compensation claims, wrongful termination cases, and wills and probate matters.  Prior to joining Commonwealth Counsel Group, Robert practiced in a Louisville workers’ compensation and insurance defense firm where he gained valuable experience representing the interests of insurance carriers, employers, and third-party administrators throughout Kentucky.

During law school, Robert was a member of the Trademark Moot Court Team, participated in the Legal Aid Society’s Will Clinic and Domestic Violence Advocacy Program, and served as a judicial extern for Justice William T. Scott in the Kentucky Supreme Court.  Prior to law school, Robert interned for the former Kentucky House Minority Caucus Chair, Dr. Bob DeWees, and volunteered at Central High School where he mentored students enrolled in the Street Law Program.
